The Art of Flow

This special creative healing workshop is an invitation for you to come open your throat chakra, tap into a flow state and get more comfortable with speaking your truth!

Zach Gallardo will be guiding us through a series of fun and collaborative exercises centered around Rythem, Dance, Storytelling, Rhyming, and Embodiment! 

These exercises are designed to help with releasing control and expectation and tapping into an individual and collective flow state. We will have the opportunity to practice and ground our intuitive and vocal skills with fun Freestyle Cypher around the fire.

This event is perfect for spiritual creatives who want to get outside of their comfort zone and connect more with their intuition and flow state.
