Self-Mastery for Sovereignty

We are deeply honored to have Brother Damon Jamil facilitate an intimate community and creative healing event! We will start by stretching, breathing, and intention-setting and then move into a series of creative healing activities that embody:

• Visual Arts
• Auditory Arts
• Movement Arts
• Language Arts
• Healing Arts 
• Performing Arts

including group exercises,  performances, and break-out sessions. Throughout the workshop, we will focus on bringing awareness to the different functions of the right brain and left brain and forming new ways of expressing more balanced and harmonious thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships!
