Holographic Sound Healing & Meditation

Have you been feeling drained, overwhelmed, ungrounded, disconnected or all of the above? Join us for an evening of sound healing and meditation, facilitated by the intuitive Jay Dosher. In this bi-monthly gathering, you’ll find a sacred space designed to help you release tension, restore your energy, and cultivate a sense of community and connection. 

We will begin by setting personal intentions and grounding in with the group before being guided through a soothing body scan to help release physical and mental stress. Once fully relaxed, Jay will then facilitate a healing sound bath, allowing you to immerse yourself in restorative vibrations,  and helping you to reconnect with your inner peace and higher self.  Through vocal toning and sound vibrations, each of your energy centers will be addressed, clearing out negative energy and restoring balance. 

We'll end the session with a brief period of silence, allowing the healing energies to settle, and a gratitude circle where participants can reflect on their experiences.

This event is donation-based, and all contributions are appreciated. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that will make you comfortable.
