Buck YaSelf Krump Dance Workshop

Start your Saturday afternoon off right with community and kinetic movement! Self will lead us in a 1-hour, beginner-level dance workshop,  teaching us the magic of Krumping!

Krump is a mesmerizing and dreamy style of street dance that originated in the 90's in South Central Los Angeles from another style called "Clowning. " Many dancers identify with Krump as more than just dance, but a faith-based artform, adapting the acronym "Kingdom Radically Uplifted Mighty Praise". 

More than anything, Self describes Krump as a form of SELF-EXPRESSION and it can be a fun and creative experience of cathartic release!

WHAT TO WEAR:

• Comfortable clothing 
• Tennis Shoes 

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water Bottle
• Open Mind
• Good Vibez (Bad vibez are also  welcome here as long as you are willing and ready to dance them away😉 )
